NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Trenton will hold a special public hearing on Thursday October 06, 2022 at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following Case No. 1836: The applicant at 4593 Valley Rd. has proposed construction of a 6-foot high privacy fence to be located in the South side property which requires an exterior side yard variance from the ZBA. Trenton Zoning Ordinance Section 110-511 (b) - Schedule of Regulations states: In the case of a rear yard abutting a side yard, the exterior side yard setback abutting a street shall be not less than the minimum front yard setback of the district, which is 25-feet. Should you wish to be heard, you or your representative must be present at the public hearing. Comments may also be submitted to the Commissions Clerk, in writing, on or before the date of the public hearing, addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments.
