NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Trenton will hold a special public hearing on Thursday September 15, 2022 at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following Case No. 1835: The applicant at 3388 Woodmont Ave. has proposed construction of a covered patio addition to the rear of the house to be placed 25-feet from the rear property line which requires a rear yard setback variance request of 10-feet from the ZBA. Trenton Zoning Ordinance Sec. 110- 511 Schedule of Regulations requires the rear yard setback in an R-2 One-Family Residential District shall be a minimum of 35-feet. Should you wish to be heard, you or your representative must be present at the public hearing. Comments may also be submitted to the Commissions Clerk, in writing, on or before the date of the public hearing, addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments.
