NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Trenton will hold a special public hearing on Thursday July 14, 2022 at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following Case No. 1833: The applicant at 3580 Marian Dr. has proposed construction of a 6-foot high privacy fence to be located on the West exterior side yard property line which requires an exterior side yard variance from the ZBA. Trenton Zoning Ordinance Section 110-511 (b) - Schedule of Regulations states: In the case of a rear yard abutting a side yard, the exterior side yard setback abutting a street shall be not less than the minimum front yard setback of the district, which is 25-feet. Should you wish to be heard, you or your representative must be present at the public hearing. Comments may also be submitted to the Commissions Clerk, in writing, on or before the date of the public hearing, addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments.
