City of Trenton 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

The Planning Commission of the City of Trenton will hold a public hearing on Wednesday February 23, 2022 at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following Case SP2022-00I. The applicant at 2360 W. Jefferson Ave. has proposed construction of a single story addition to an existing building consisting of a sit-down coffee shop with a drive-through lane and menu board display. The project is located on the West side of W. Jefferson Ave. between Atwood St. & Harrison Ave. in the B-3 General Business District. Should you wish to be heard, you or your representative must be present at the public hearing. Comments may also be submitted to the Commissions Clerk, in writing, on or before the date of the public hearing, addressed to the Trenton Planning Commission. People with disabilities needing accommodations for effective participation at this meeting should contact the City Clerk's Office at (734) 675-8600 at least one business day in advance to request mobility, visual, hearing, or other assistance.
