NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Trenton will hold a special public hearing on Thursday February 17, 2022 at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following Case No. 1831: The applicant at 2807 Riverside Dr. has proposed construction of an addition on the rear of the house to be placed 3-feet 9-inches from the North side yard prope1iy line which requires a side yard setback variance request of 1-foot 10-inches from the ZBA. Trenton Zoning Ordinance Sec. 110-511 - Schedule of Regulations, requires the side yard setback in an R-1 Residential District shall be a minimum of 5-feet and a combined side yard minimum of I 5-feet. Should you wish to be heard, you or your representative must be present at the public hearing. Comments may also be submitted to the Commissions Clerk, in writing, on or before the date of the public hearing, addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments.
