NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments of the City of Trenton will hold a special public hearing on Thursday July 01, 2021 at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following Case No. 1830: The applicant at 1922 Lakeview has proposed construction of an 8-foot high vinyl fence to be placed along the entire length of the rear property line which requires a fence height variance from the ZBA. The City of Trenton Zoning Ordinance, Article IV. Fences, Section 18-117 - Height Restrictions (4) requires that a fence along a rear property line shall not exceed a height greater than six feet, measured from the ground at the base of the structure to the top of the structure. Should you wish to be heard, you or your representative must be present at the public hearing. Comments may also be submitted to the Commissions Clerk, in writing, on or before the date of the public hearing, addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustments.
