Chief Creech has most recently been the Fire Chief of the South Lane County Fire and Rescue, Cottage Grove, Oregon.

Chief Creech has also led the Dearborn Fire Department as Deputy Chief and Acting Fire Chief.

Trenton Fire Department

Trenton Fire Truck Black and WhiteThe Trenton Fire Department has 29 personnel to cover a 24 hour response to its citizens. The department's primary mission is to prevent loss of life, care for the sick and injured, prevent fires, and to protect the property of this community.

All personnel are in the Suppression/EMS Division offering Advanced Life Support/Fire Safety as well as Fire Prevention education to its citizens.  The Trenton Fire Department's paramedics will transport the sick and or injured citizens to local hospitals.

The department's apparatus are housed in two stations:

Station 1: Two fire trucks and one Advanced Life Support ambulance.

Station 2: One fire truck, one Advanced Life Support ambulance and a utility vehicle.

Trenton Fire Department is a member of the Downriver Mutual Aid Group and will assist when called upon by neighboring communities in their time of need.

Trenton Fire TruckMembers of the department are involved with specialty areas such as hazardous materials and fire investigation. The department is also involved with a special partnership program with Henry Ford Community College and Trenton High School called Public Safety Pathways.  This is a program that targets the university-bound student with an interest in firefighting, EMS or law enforcement.

The Trenton Fire Department offers free smoke detectors to residents on a fixed income, seniors or the handicapped. Call (734)676-1314 for information.

The Trenton Firefighters Charities Organization raises and donates monies throughout the year to over 100 organizations.

Trenton Fire Department has proudly served the citizens of Trenton since 1927 and will continue to do so in the future.
