Board of Review

Board of Review Notice is hereby given that the 2019 March Board of Review for the City of Trenton will hold hearings in Trenton City Hall, 2800 Third St., Trenton, where the Board will sit in review the following dates and times:

March 12, 14 & 15 Open 9:00 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1:00-4:00 p.m.

March 13 & March 19 Open 3:00-9:00 p.m.

Assessment appeals will be accepted in person or by mail. Appeals by mail must be received in the Assessor's Office before the end of Board of Review hearings March 19, 2019. For each parcel appealed, a State Tax Commission form L-4035 must be completed by the property owner of the owner's authorized agent and submitted to the board timely. The organization meeting is scheduled on March 5, 2019. The assessment roll, as reviewed and approved by said Board of Review, shall be the assessment roll of said city for the year 2019. 2019 Inflation Rate Multiplier is 1.024. If additional meetings are necessary for the purpose of decisions related to hearings held on the above dates, such decision sessions shall be held only as needed at 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, March 18-22 and shall be posted conspicuously.
