Aqua Yoga

Aqua Yoga is a low impact aquatic exercise, performing yoga poses in water. Aqua Yoga poses help you develop strength, static balance, and increases range of motion with little to no impact on joints, especially knees, hips, and ankles. No yoga experience necessary.

Ages:    18 & Up

Session Dates:  July 7 - August 11

Days:     Tuesday or Thursday

Location: Kennedy Aquatic Center

Times:   2:00 - 3:00 p.m

Max Students: Until Full

Fee: $42 resident /$54 non-resident
